Event: #AMBERED Fitness


#AMBERED Fitness Classes are composed of strength, conditioning, agility, flexibility, cardio, balance and stability. All Muscle groups will be worked. Some of the workouts will include TRX, Rowing, Weights, Bosu Balls, Kettlebells, body weight. All class will take care of you WHERE you are at NOW in your fitness Journey. Modified options on exercises are always available and proper form is coached daily.
